We have an engaging staff culture

With a vibrant, open, friendly and supportive school culture Covenant is passionate about Christian education. Parents are an active part of our school community and we deeply value our partnership with them. Covenant is known as a school with high academic achievement, strong pastoral care and a commitment to serve others for God's glory.

Professional development for staff

Ongoing professional development is an essential part of life for staff at Covenant. Twice a year the school conducts its own week-long internal professional development program and staff are also encouraged to undertake postgraduate training at either the National Institute for Christian Education (NICE) or other tertiary institutions. Throughout the year staff also attend professional development courses run by various national bodies such as Christian Education National (CEN) and the Association of Independent Schools (AIS). We also offer our own internal mentoring program.
