Working with us

At Covenant we passionately live our mission of being a Christ centred, biblically grounded, academically rigorous and culturally engaging school.

Every day, as active, committed Christians our staff are focused on fulfilling this mission through the way that they personally and professionally fulfil their roles and responsibilities.

Engaging Culture

With a vibrant, open, friendly and supportive school culture we are passionate about Christian education and as a Parent Controlled School we engage deeply with the parents of our students.  Covenant is known in the community as a school with high academic achievement, strong pastoral care and a commitment to serve others.

Great Subject Choice

At Covenant we work hard to provide our students the best range and choice of subjects that we can offer.

Great Facilities

As a growing school, we are committed to an ongoing program of improvement and development of our facilities for the benefit of our staff, our students, our parents and members of the broader local community. We are exploring new ways to enhance both our learning and play environments.

Ongoing Professional development is an essential part of life for staff at Covenant. Twice each year Covenant conducts its own week long internal professional development program  and staff are also encouraged & supported to undertake post graduate training at either the National Institute for Christian Education or other tertiary institutions. Throughout the year staff are also offered opportunities to attend professional development courses run by various national bodies such as Christian Education National (CEN) and the Association of Independent Schools (AIS). We also offer our own internal mentoring program.
