Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child at Covenant. Please find all the information you need below to start your application.

Making an Informed Decision

Covenant integrates Christian faith and God’s word into the curriculum, presenting all subjects from the perspective of a Christian worldview; viewing the world through the lens of the Bible. Take the time to explore our website to learn more about how Covenant is a place where children are encouraged to grow in their knowledge, character, and especially in their love for God.

Be sure to read about the Covenant Vision & Mission, Statement of Belief and Christian Perspective, and view the school Prospectus to assist you as you consider schooling for your children. If you have a specific enrolment question you would like to discuss, please call our Registrar, Wendy Boase, direct phone (02) 8459 4221.

We are accepting applications for 2024 and beyond - see below for more information on availability. To place your children on the enrolment waiting list, please use Enrol Online to complete your application.

Application Steps

1. Book a Tour

If you haven't already visited the school for a tour, we recommend doing so before you apply. Group tours are held regularly during school hours and personal tours can be arranged at a time to suit you. Group tours will give visitors an opportunity to see the school in action, hear from our Principal and speak to other staff. Children are welcome on tours. Bookings are essential - book a tour online or contact the Registrar to arrange a personal tour.

2. Review the School Fees

Use our Fee Calculator to estimate the annual tuition fees for your family.

Covenant offers generous family discounts. As part of our commitment to larger families we offer free tuition for the fourth child onwards (based on siblings currently enrolled at Covenant).

3. Submit an Application

Once you are ready to apply, please use our Online Enrolment Application Form to submit your application.

All applications will be placed on the waiting list. Applications are usually considered one year in advance for Junior School and two years in advance for Year 7. We receive more applications than places available so not all applications will advance to an interview.

A non-refundable fee of $220.00 will be charged per application (payment via credit card).

4. Interview and Offer

Due to the large number of applications, not everyone will be invited to a family interview. At least one parent and the child will attend the family enrolment interview.

When considering offers we will take into account:

  • vacancies in the requested grade
  • family involvement with a Christian church and commitment to the basis and aims of the school
  • willingness to be part of our Christ-centred school community.

Once an interview has been conducted, the successful enrolment applicants are sent a Letter of Offer. To accept the offer, a non-refundable enrolment application fee is paid and both parents sign the enrolment contract. Please note, an interview does not guarantee an offer of a place.
