The Covie Prayer Group is a group of faithful Covie parents and friends who are committed to bringing our school, its students, staff and families before the Lord in prayer. Please come and join us!
Prayer Group meets every Thursday during term time, from 9.00-9.30am in Cafe Covie.
Week 2
The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love.Psalm 103:8
Praise God for His abundant love & grace!
Prayer Suggestions:
• Recruitment of a new School Principal, wisdom for the board throughout the process
• Those suffering ongoing health concerns/illness, for complete healing and recovery.
• Year 12 HSC exams, for good health and good sleep, God’s peace & perseverance.
• Year 12 (2027) Parent Information Evening on Monday, for strong, positive connections between parents and school as they support students through their HSC.
• Primary North Met Basketball Gala Day on Monday in Castle Hill, for good weather, a fun day of competition & great sportsmanship
• Year 5 Health/Puberty night on Wednesday, for an informative evening that provides parents with helpful tools to have open discussions
• Year 10 Exams taking place next week, students to study hard, to not be anxious, to understand their exam papers and to recall all they have learnt.
• Kindy teachers & students, planning for next year, for new students and friendships for all

Prayer Suggestions:
- HSC Examinations, health rest, clarity & peace for 2026 Year 12
- For Year 6 as they do High School Orientation, peace & excitement for changes ahead.
- School tour next week will be well attended
- Future Problem Solving Nationals Conference in Melbourne this weekend, safety, good teamwork, enjoyment, logistics and planning for a big group.
- North Met Zone Touch Football Gala Day on Monday at Lionel Watts Oval, for good weather, a fun day of competition and great sportsmanship.
- Year 6 AAS Testing on Tuesday provide an accurate reflection of each students’ abilities, God’s peace for anxious students.
- Pray for Prep and their teachers as some prepare to transition to Kindy and upcoming Prep Orientation for new students.
