Each year, the Association elects a Board of up to nine Full Association Members. The Board is responsible for the governance of the school which involves ensuring that there are policies in place to govern and operate the Association's interests in order to satisfy its legal obligations, manage risks, provide strategic guidance to management, and monitor performance consistent with the vision, mission, and purpose of the Association.

Anne attends All Saint’s Anglican Church Balgowlah. Anne is married to Chris and has two adult children, Simon and Kim. Anne has previously worked as a Travel Consultant, an Office Assistant, and an Administration Assistant. Presently, Anne is the Chair of Christian Education National (CEN) State Council, and has previously served as Director and Board Chair of Covenant Christian School and as Director on the Board of CEN. Anne co-leads a women’s growth group, and also serves on the worship team.
Katherine Cole trained in law before going into ministry and is a Covenant parent who is passionate about Christ-centred, biblically grounded education. She brings experience in Bible teaching, pastoral care, mentoring, and ministry leadership, along with a strong commitment to supporting Covenant’s mission and community.
Paul Graham is an experienced educator and wellbeing leader with more than 30 years in teaching and pastoral leadership. A long-standing member of the Covenant community, he is passionate about Christ-centred education, student wellbeing, and helping young people grow in faith, character, and integrity.
Steph oversees the children’s and families ministry at St Marks Anglican, Northbridge. As a trained primary school teacher, and former high school chaplain, Steph has always been passionate about telling children and youth about Jesus. She considers it a privilege to sit and chat, answer questions and teach the Bible. She is married to André and they have three children that all attend Covenant. They love bike riding, rock climbing and going to the beach.
Stanley attends Wahroonga Presbyterian Church with his family. Having returned with their service in China in early 2020, Stanley has focussed on re-accreditation of skills, part-time coaching and part-time study. Since 2010, his study has included Peacemakers (Peacemakers Ministries), Core Coaching Certificate (Creative Results Management), DiSC re-accreditation (Integro), and more recently Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision (Morling College) and Graduate Certificate of Counselling (Morling College). Stanley is a BSFer and serves in the student program.
Tasha Smithies is an experienced legal professional and long-standing member of the Covenant community who has previously served on the Covenant Board, including as Board Chair. Passionate about Christian education and partnering with families, she brings extensive governance, leadership, and legal expertise, along with a deep commitment to supporting Covenant’s Christ-centred mission.
John is the minister of Wahroonga Presbyterian Church. John is married to Karine and have three children at Covenant. John was a missionary with SIM for 12 years in Ecuador before becoming an Assistant Minister at Ashfield Presbyterian Church, and more recently, Pastor at Wahroonga Presbyterian Church. John loves sharing about Jesus with others, getting outdoors and working on the latest project in the garage. John holds a Bachelor of Theology and a Master of Arts (Theology).
