The Gold Duke of Edinburgh Hike in December 2012 was conducted on the Overland Track in Tasmania. Six Year 10 and 11 students accompanied by Mr J Hill and Mrs S Antcliff on the hike which runs between Cradle Mountain to Lake St Clair and is one of the most famous and popular in Australia. It took seven days to hike the 80km track and the weather ranged from heat to snow and everything in between! We enjoyed the stunning scenery and swam in some of the coldest water in Tasmania. The Lord blessed us with safety and a great time enjoying His glorious creation.
