Covenant Christian School has well equipped facilities developed over the school’s 30 year history.

Senior Library
Our two school libraries cater to the specific needs of students in each section of the school.
Both Junior and Secondary Libraries have networked computers to support research and information skills.

Junior Library
The Junior Library is a popular place.
We seek to encourage in children a love of books and learning. Older children are given opportunities to read to younger students and present them with positive role models.

Computers
There are four general purpose computer laboratories. Visual Arts, Design & Technology and music also have subject specific pods of computers.
Data projectors are installed in most classrooms enabling teachers to use multi-media and introduce greater variety into the presentation of lessons.

Commercial Quality Kitchen
Food Technology and Hospitality enjoys a fully equipped commercial kitchen.
It is rare for schools to have onsite commercial quality kitchens giving students such practical work experience. Students from other local schools attend the Hospitality VET level course taught at Covenant.

Specialist Rooms
The school has four science labs, plus specialist rooms for Languages, Art, Drama, Design & Technology, Timber Technology, Software Design & Development, Information & Software Technology.

Music Computer Lab
Our Music Computer Lab incorporates12 keyboards, each with its own computer and MIDI interface running Finale, Cakewalk & ACID software. The Lab is an effective means of meeting the Board of Studies requirements for Technology within the Music syllabus. Students compose, manipulate and share their work.
This is an integral part of the curriculum for Music from K-12. The Music Computer lab provides a level playing field for students with strong notation skills and those who are better at playing ‘by ear’.

Hall and Gymnasium
Our multi-purpose air conditioned hall with a fully sprung floor caters for gymnastics, Physical Education and indoor sports program.
Our fully equipped stage with sound and lighting provides a wonderful venue for our many performing arts, musicals, assemblies and special functions.

Year 12 Pavillion
Our Year 12 now enjoy their own purpose built lounge room with fridge and kitchenette facilities.

Outdoor facilities
At Covenant our children have room to move. Some areas are defined for particular age groups to create a safer environment. There are many trees and grassed areas throughout our grounds.
Our playing field, multi-purpose hard courts and cricket nets provide space for senior students.

Playgrounds and space to move
Primary playgrounds include “The Promised Land”, an area where children are free to build rock forts, dig and play. (The kids love it).
Primary have a climbing playground with super slide.
Kindergarten and Infants enjoy their own playground and sandpit area.
Plus there are places to kick a ball around, play handball or play chasings. Many families bring their children on a School Tour and they are amazed at the space and playgrounds.
As we expand into the adjoining Belrose Nursery land it will give us further options. The school also has occupancy of a large area of bushland across the road.
