The Bald Covie is Covenant Christian School’s own “mini Archibald”. The artwork is by Year 10 students and each is a self portrait, yet often not in the traditional sense. Students are asked to:
- Design individual portrait works that form a Body of work
- Develop a concept that is represented in all the works
- One work must be completed in black and white and one in colour
- One work must be a collage, using a variety of media
- One work must show a key emotion that gives the audience an insight into your personality
This is the third year of the Bald Covie and the first where voting for the People's Choice Award has been open to the general public. (See last year's Winners)
