Running a school takes a lot of work behind the scenes. Each holidays a team of trades people go to work at Covenant. These holidays there were a large number of projects taking place. Many of them would not be noticed by students or staff but all help ensure the school is making the most of its resources and planning for the long term. The school berm (on Forest Way) has now been completely replanted with a new fence installed. The fence provides protection for the plants and safety for students. We have also continued with more seating and fencing on the oval on the west side. This will provide more shaded seating for students. Work has continued on replacing old window frames on B,C,D and E blocks. We are on schedule to complete this project by December in line with our commitment to the Government under the National Schools Pride funding.
A lot of electrical work was also done around the school. This included the hall electrical board being upgraded to cope with the combined demands of the hall and kitchen Go Back >> |
