Last week I had the pleasure of engaging in conversation with the current student leaders and a number of students who were putting themselves forward to be considered for school captains and vice captains.
The passion that these students had to serve by leading was quite palpable and very encouraging. They spoke passionately about the school and what it meant to them, and the impact it has had on their lives.
There was a real sense that each of the students wished to serve the school community rather than seeking prestige.
The students elected are:

Tiffany Watson and Michael Jacobs
I am very encouraged by both the humble attitude and the desire to serve by leading the student body of Covenant Christian School during the next 12 months and look forward to what they will bring to the school in terms of their leadership.
